Ray seems to be more focused on helping me to achieve the thing(s) I’m working on, and is not so “stuck” on making sure we do everything according to a rigorous procedure. As such, we don’t “waste time” on peripherals and can maximize moving forward during the coaching sessions. He is flexible and able to adjust as I continue to develop and get increased clarity. He offers good, practical suggestions and direction on how to take the “next step” whatever that is.
“Healthy habits” has not been our focus of late. Good work was done in this area early on when I was needing to get some rigor and discipline back.
We don’t spend so much time “reviewing”. There’s a lot of emphais on continuing to move forward.
